Best way to forward all extensions to new number

We have a Telrad 128 that was installed in a building we took over. The Telrad is old and tired and the handsets are all pretty much warn out plus there is no voicemail and the extension numbers don't tie in with our other offices.

Rather than spend money sorting out the Telrad I'm going to put IP phones hanging off of our CS1000.
As the CS1000 is in a different location all the users will be getting new phone numbers. Therefore what I want to do is forward each extension on the Telrad to the new external number on the CS1000. We will then leave the Telrad in place just forwarding these calls until we are sure that most of our customers are using the new numbers before finally retiring the Telrad.

My question is, what is the best way for me to forward the extensions to the new external numbers?
I don't have a clue when it comes to programming the Telrad but I have got the eManager program.

If the Telrad is as old and tired as you state the eManager isnt going to do you any good. You will need the correct PCP software for the version of the system.
Why not just forward the CO lines to your other location.
