Is it possible to have a "virtual" extension that will forward right to a voicemail?

The best I can come up with right now is to have a speed-dial go directly to the Imagen voicemail system.

I' figured that I could do this using the call forwarding on a deskset but the whole purpose is to eliminate the phone.

Have you tried creating an SLT; forward it; then remove the card? You may not need the card.

If you have rel 7 or above software you can program a ext and call forward in system programming. If before you can use a slt port but you will need the card in place in the system.
