Question Fujitsu F93S Programming

I have recently aquired a Fujitsu F93s 2-cabinet system and would like to knnow how to access programming. I have one console and two digital sets. I have my laptop connected to I/O 1 0 and get **SYSTEM READY plus time/date when it boots. Is this just a printer port or is it really I/O ? Does it program through console? Please help!

The system is actually a Fujitsu GTE SBCS and I got the manual in the Technology Chat / Free Manuals link.
