I assume you have a PC connected via serial port (i.e. COM1, COM2, ect.) to an adapter within a Meridian phone??? Also, it would help if the TAPI application was known, i.e. the PC logs incoming and outgoing calls or the PC controls call processing on the phone set. __________________ Life is far too important to be taken seriously!

Rep Power: 8 ![]() | time display on turrets We have a M3904 Taurus phone connected with ACM, CTIA and RS232 to the COM2 of a PC. With the Nortel TAPI SP 2.1 was a test application. On first booting the PC and running the software it retains the information. But if you then close the test application and open it, it loses what it calls the device details. We also have some software called Sage contact manager - which suffers the same problem. Also, how do you enable MS Outlook to communicate with the TAPI SP ?
