We are using ******** eCAS. It provides all the info we are looking for and whenever we have called for support it has been prompt and helpful.

one client uses MTS - the reports are good but the hook to CallManager seemes to flake out at least once a quarter. They have to remote in and fix the connection each time.

We use ********'s eCAS here.

I was also an employee for ******** for over 2 years... Decent product. If you have questions on it, I can provide some info.

CONNECTIONS offers several call accounting systems, but most of our customers love how easy the VXTracker is to use. It's browser based and we offer unilimited training during warranty and support periods.
email jg@callaccounting.com or visit our web site at callaccounting.com for more details.
