Hello Alfredo and welcome to the site.

You can start with http://nortel.pbxinfo.com/index.php?...isplay&ceid=11 (Pbx Insight)

I also have some info that I am porting over forProgramming Help.

What info exactly are you looking for? Programming specific or just a general overview of the system?

Try the PBX crash course on this site.....it will probably address 60% of issues you'll deal with. Then learn the copy command.

If you can definitely take the DB course for your switch

I fit right into this topic. I'm a LAN admin on the data side of the house who is crossing over to Meridian. I need to know where to start as well -- I'll start with the PBX crash course as advised above.

I see it may also be good to get the DB for my switch. My question is how can I tell what switch I have? I can log into the system as the old tech taught me how to get in.....so hopefully someone can tell me how to find out what im working with.

All I know about Meridian is the ENLU command for phones that got unplugged for awhile.....so I really would appreciate anyone's guidance to getting educated. Thanks!
