Key FD Problem
Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the ovida program – used to program BT Versatility PBX’s

If no one is willing to offer a location for free, I’m willing to pay a small amount

Sorry for dredging this thread, I stumbled across it and thought it deserved an answer.

If your system is on maintenance you can register for a login to access the BT Product support pages - there is a link to download the latest version of the software.



Google "BT Product Support" to find the site, the forum will not let me post URL's yet.

This site is quite useful, there is a lot of info there in the knowledge base as well as user manuals to download.

Let me know if you have any problems obtaining the software.

I’m currently trying to find out how to gain access to the system remotely……BT don’t want to tell me, but I know there are at least two methods of getting into it.
