Hi all,

I’m desperately looking for an installation manual for a BT Versatility system. I didn’t buy it from BT and so because I’m not paying a maintenance charge for them to look after the system they won’t send me a copy or give me a link from where I can download it!

Please … Please … Please someone help, otherwise I’m going to have this nice system sitting on the floor for the foreseeable future.

In the past I have also tried to gethold of their manual but to no avail (I was told I would need to speak to my customer rep - who couldnt get holdof one either) but I have managed to find you a copy.....

That's great but not what I'm looking for, I need a tetchy installation manual e.g. where to stick all the wires and stuff.

I cant find an install manual but have found a "dude" who engineers on these PBX's - he might be able to advise you or even have a copy.......

Have not heard anything back …. Anyone got this manual ??? Why does BT seem to treat anything related to supporting their products top secret?

There’s nothing to fix – I bought the system thinking it would come with an installation manual .. but it seems the suppliers and BT think that everyone that buys a pbx is completely devoid of any technical ability, of which I have plenty – I just need a manual to makes sure I’m sticking the right wires in the right places. Lol

Who would have thought it would be this difficult to get an instillation manual. Any other system would have found what I needed with the help from my best mate Google in no time.

How good of a "deal" did you get this system for?
Also what systems did you compare it too and why did you decide to purchase it?

If you don't mind me asking.

I haven't heard of it, is it a new system?
