Hello all, would anyone out there have Aspect ACD experience?
I will be starting a project with a new installation of Aspect and need all the help (with startup) I can get.

"Getting started" or "Fundemental" documents would be extremely helpful.

WE are in the process of implementation of an aspect dialer and keeping getting do what the documentation staes and then have the technical support people saying that it is incorrect. Be careful their own technican did not follow the documentation when he set it up which has created problems when trying to trouble shoot. This has been going on for 6 months.

Yes SInce the MFG says they have 2-5000 worldwide and they have gone through a consolidation which seems to have cost them experienced people
