Thanks for your quick reply and all that you do !

I logged in at the PBXinfo portal, then went to the Cisco Portal via the link. Once I'm there, if I click on "Topics", I get the message "Sorry, you do not have authorization to access topics". If I click FAQ, I get the message "You are not authorized to carry out this operation". I clicked on "My Account" to make sure I was still logged in, and I was. Am I missing something simple (it would not suprise me) ?

P.S. I tried twice yesterday also ....

Which site did you sign up for Pbxinfo through? Pbxinfo? Nortel Portal, Avaya portal...etc?

FYI I signed up through the Nortel Portal and I have not changed anything on my end as far as I know -
