I didn't see what your current PBX System is?

I know many manufactures already have remote office products, rather then trying to integrate some third party solution, see what your vendor has available.

1. It will most likely *I say that loosly, integrate well with your existing system
2. You may get a cost break from your vendor for ordering more product with them.
3. You don't have to learn a new phone system and programming to make changes to it....(barring an IP Solution)

If you are looking for a IP remote solution you may want to check out products like MCK's IP Office extenders.

but again, there is nothing like creating a standard for your organization now...You don't want every office that pops up to have a different PBX/Voicemail combo. Admining it will be a nightmare!
