1998-1999 Senior Technician, Ameritech, Milwaukee, WI
Field technician where most of the work was on Meridian 11-81 and Northstar systems. Worked with clients such as Firstar bank, Goodwill, Hartford Memorial Hospital, S.C. Johnson, MPS and We energies. This includes working on voice mail systems, installation, adds, moves, changes, and service/repair on Meridian systems SL-1 options 11- 81 and Northstar systems various feature packs; also on-site technician at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Responsible for maintenance of six NEC 2400 systems, Navigator, OpenWorx, and all telecommunication peripheral equipment on location.

1997-1998 Technical Coordinator, American Audio Systems, Milwaukee, WI
Coordinating technicians on the installation of audio, telecommunications, and data systems. Handled the purchase of equipment, overall profitability of the job and was often consulted by technicians on special situations which arose.

1989-1997 Service Manager, Select Sound Service, Milwaukee, WI
Oversaw 18 technicians, and the coordination of jobs. Serviced and maintained Northstar systems for Kohl’s Food and Milwaukee Public Schools on Meridian SL-1 OP 11-81. Actively worked as installer, serviced and maintained on DMS 100 to Northstar. Serviced and maintained all of the AT&T, Lucent communications systems such as Dimension, Merlin, Horizon Partner and Definity within the hospital and in the private office buildings owned by the hospital. Assisted in the servicing of biomedical equipment.

1984-1987 Senior Technician, U.S. West (Q West) Information Systems Inc., Milwaukee, WI
Serviced and maintained systems such as AT&T, Dimension, Merlin, Horizon Partner and Meridian SL1 to ST’s. Knowledge of SONET; troubleshooting; involving extensive travel, completing to the customer’s satisfaction repairs missed by other technicians.
