I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. TBO that is not the norm. Actually....I've never heard of any situation like yours before. With other companies yes....with Cognigen Networks no.

May I ask when this occurred...who the LD provider was...& who the toll free provider was??

May I also ask who the servicing agent was?

Perhaps I can try to figure out what happened. We have dropped a few providers who violated our quality standards. Some agents have left by "mutual agreement" also.

Oh, 1 more thing.

No....Cognigen is not an internet marketing scheme.

Not sure where that came from. Look through the website and you'll see differently.

An affiliate network, you know the pains that call during dinner and want to switch your LD to this great price that no one else can come close to or they slam you if you say no...IMO I wouldn't sign up for any long distance affiliate program, if they have a good product it will sell on it's own merits. Not just them but affiliates for MCI, Acceris, American Telecom Network, Capsule, Cognigen Communications, Cognistate, Cogniworld, Covista, Excel, Isterra, Opex, PNG, Primus, ShopforT1, Telegroup, Telarus, and WorldxChange....There all losers.

I do believe I was polite & professional....and yet you still haven't answered my questions.

What provider was your LD service & toll free from? (Cognigen isn't the provider)

When was this?

Who sold it to you....agent?

Doesn't sound at all like you know what your're talking about on anything that has to do with Cognigen. You're description is so far of base as to be absurd. Cognigen not run by Telecom people? Jesus that's exactly who they are. What did you do...talk to the janitor?

Cognigen isn't an Internet Marketing Scheme or Affiliate Network. They have a NWM division just like MCI, Sprint, & AT&T. But that's NOT what was shared in this thread. Cognigen Networks is a Telecom in it's own right with joint ventures/agreements with other Telecoms. Not out of the ordinary.

The positions posted here are for Master Agents not unlike any major Telecom has....with whom which we have agreements with BTW. Not some Network Marketing Plan as you keep blubbering about.

The "tell them you were refered by" was purely so the call would be routed to the correct location....the Master Agent Program. That's exactly what I said!!!!! You didn't read that....or can't you read???

Your sob story of experience with Cognigen services tells me you either are talking about somebody else...or haven't a clue who you should have been talking to. Again...answer my questions on who the provider was because THAT'S the culprit.

Oh yeah....FYI....Cognigen sales agents don't call during dinner. They only do face to face sales and warm/hot marketing to real clients. Those dinner calls and slamming are tools of the big guys you hold in such high esteem....AT&T, MCI, & Sprint.

Get your facts straight Mitch. You are so far out in left field you're up in the stands.
