Anybody experience slow dial-up speeds when going through an Option 11 PBX? Seems to be much slower (12K max) compared to dialing up on a B-1. Is there an option or setting we need to make for faster modem connection speeds?

are you talking actual connection speed, or response time from the PBX?
If your using Procom to connect remotely, you can see if the Sends are out weighing the recieves....
THEN I would say the TTY port for the dial up is probabbly set to 12k...you can bump that up on the 11c it's self.

We should move this to the Nortel Portal.

Anyway, there is a direct correlation betweeen the speed and the vintage of your analog card.
