Hi all,
I have Call Pilot vm, with Opt 61C. This is kind of a wierd problem, but here is the situation. If a caller A calls caller B, and Caller B is no answer, and goes into caller B's voicemail, caller A is set up to push 0 for operator. Well, sometimes, after pushing 0, caller A receives a system message that teh command cannot be completed, sometimes it just forwards to the operator like it is supposed to.
I've tested this with the same DN, which is how i know it sometimes. Has anyone seen this or shed any light? thanks!

Sounds like you have a bad port on the Call Pilot...which would explain why it's only happening occasionally...
Busy out the various ports (when you've got time and it's REAL slow) and try the 0 out....proccess of elimination will show where the issue is.
