Restricted dialing from an 11c.

Our GM has decided that he wants his phone to roll out to his secretary's phone only if he is on the line.
I have created an extension DN - placed it on Meridian Mail and as a Key on both phones. It still hits his Voice Mail when on the line. What have I missed? Help!

Roll over to Secretary phone

when you built the keys did you use MCR or SCR?
(multiple call ring or Single )

SCR on both phones will show the Secratary he's on the phone, but she can't pick it up if he's on it.(CAN if he's not)

MCR will allow calls to continue to ring to that ext. even if one of them is on the phone...if they BOTH are, then the calls should still be able to roll to VM (FDN is set to the VM number)
