I am trying to setup Procomm so that I can program a Mitel SX200 Digital cabinet remotely. Can anyone provide info on this?

What kind of modem does it have?

I think someone answered a very similar question recently be sure to use the "Search" feature on the site to search through old messages that may have what you are looking for.
