CLID Table??

Greetings,

I am a network engineer and because of my good experience in TCP/IP and Cisco routers, I was asked to participate in a VoIP project using Mitel Integrated Communications Platform. I am totally new to the world of PBXs. To prove it, only five minutes ago I knew that PBX means Private Branch Exchange .

Where can I start to learn the basics of PBXs technology not specific to any brand name and find definitions to the ever expanding PBX acronyms?

Please enlighten me.

Regards,
Thamir
