OTM billing and ISDN lines.

I recently got a job as tech support for a company. We have a wide range of technology. I'm not very familiar with PBX, and we are having problems with static in our lines. I've checked connections on our board, and all seem fine. Any suggestions on what might be causing this problem?

Problems with PBX

We have 2 pika boards (They appear to be 24 port each)
The Software is Alexis by com2001 (Who I was told was out of business)

Problem fixed, turns out, the power supply for the boards was not properly grounded. Whoever installed the cards didn't read the directions....
