I got a call from a user asking if i was possible to forward a voice mail to another extension that is on our Cisco IP system, and not the PBX. Does anyone know? I'm under the assumption that it can't be done since they are 2 different systems. | ||||||||

What is the voice mail system you are using on the Avaya PBX and the software release of it? Is it already connected to the Cisco system or are they completely separated and stand alone? __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
