or i think its A to Z kelltronics...

Has anybody used them for repairs or purchased Avaya stuff from them???

Them seem to have good prices and there repairs are 39.95...

I had 4 phones repaired and dropped shipped to the customer, havent heard any complains... BUT...it took them 4 weeks to fix the phones....

I haven't dealt with Avaya ...just Nortel...So your best bet would be to do a search on the web I noticed there are dozens out there
