I have a user that although not completely deaf, has problems understanding anyone on the phone. She says it's not a volume problem but a clarity one. Turning it up louder only causes headaches by the end of the day. She wants a device that she can place the handset (2616D) into and have it translate the callers voice to text. To which she could type a response that would be converted to voice for the caller. Changing to another type phone is a possibility if necessary. She works in the lab admin offices of a large hospital so the "box" would have to be very intelligent. | ||||||||
