Hi, I was wondering if anyone is familiar with CCR. Is it possible to set CCR to route calls to four different numbers each week of the month?

You can create Variables with the Date Range of each week of each month and then Route To IF Date = Variable.

Example:
Varible - week1
01/01..01/07
02/01..02/07
03/01..03/07
04/01..04/07
05/01..05/07
06/01..06/07
07/01..07/07
08/01..08/07
09/01..09/07
10/01..10/07
11/01..11/07
12/01..12/07

Then script

ROUTE TO IF DATE = week1
ROUTE TO IF DATE = week2
and so on.
