| Junior Member | Avaya Message Indicator I have a user that for the second time this year her Message Indicator stays on even though she has no messages. Any idea how I can fix this? The phone is an Avaya 6416D+ Any help would be appreciated as I am not too experienced with phone systems. Thanks... |

| Moderator  | If you have LWC (Leave Word Calling) activated in the system with the feature codes assigned, the MWI can be turned on that way manually. Audix will not turn that off. Go to a phone that has console permissions and retrieve the message.
