I got on the "You only have 17 months left on your contract so we're gonna send you over seas for a year and you'll need 6 months remaining in order to comeback to the states and out process" screw you program.

They pulled that one on a lot of E4s back in the day and most of them extended or re-enlisted in order to get back to CONUS and out process, I chose not and probably had the best 17 months of my life over there.
