manually select a local co trunk?

Introductory course for PBX.....any particular PBX you want to learn? Try this one:

http://get.globalknowledge.com/norteltraining/

If you're gonna get some training, you might as well start with the best system out there :P

Good Luck!

want to download "Lists" for Definity to review

I agree that to learn about pbxs to learn about the best. but to jump into a large system like that is crazy. key systems is the way that i started and now after 6 years i am learning about pbx. learn how to drive before you go off to the races

ACD Overflow not working....

MVega,
You will be fine learning the Nortel switch. Take the 200 class through global and u will be fine. You don't need to start small. If you have the aptitude for it, you will catch on quickly. It's not rocket science

Not to be a spoil sport but if ya got laid off from Verizon isnt kind of obvious the telecom industry is blowing hot air right now???

To hell with learning PBX's.......get a job at a Panera Bread or Starbucks or Krispy Kreme...ya got a better future with these company's. Stick with Panera Bread....their stock is doing great....didnt think you can make $$$ with flour & water.....
