Location: Dallas Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Radio Station in Court Over Dry Ice Stunt My son and his g/f both have Sprint PCS. The phone and service are good, but billing and customer service are terrible; Sprint recently discontinued charging to call them! We're looking for a good plan all three of us can get on. Any suggestions? :hallucine:

Location: Pennsylvania Rep Power: 0 ![]() | FAX machine locking out Analog TN It all depends on what you are looking for, wether or not you want to sacrifice your current cell phone number and the region you are in. Here is what I tell most of the employees at our company that are looking for "Family" cell services.... Look into At&t's "Mlife"- They offer reasonable plans with excellent coverage and the Customer Service is very good. Stay away from the GSM phones (for now, the coverage is still not that great). Cell phones offered by AT&T can be purchased through promotions that usually wind up giving you the phone/phones for free, extra minutes, voicemail, call forwading....etc... Grant it, you may have to haggle a little but "everything is negotiable". Another provider is T-Mobile.....I'm not crazy about this former "Voice Stream Wireless" company (Customer service and billing was pretty bad). This provider is also a PCS provider with OK coverage and average plans. You would realy have to do more research on this company. Hope this helps!

Location: Greenville, SC Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Limit on voip tn's I am starting my 4th year with ATT Wireless Service, granted they are not the cheapest but I have travelled all over the US and no matter where I go, the phone works. My only problem is that when I am at home my phone is in "Extended Area" and if I go into the basement it starts to "roam", other than that, exceptional quality..... Good luck... WG

Location: Springfield, Illinois Rep Power: 6 ![]() | VMX Dial I have used Nextel, Verizon, and Cingular. Nextel the service area is very limited, but the two-way radio betwen handsets is nice. Verizon billing has something to be desired, they always messed it up. Had a NEC phone that had great sound/reception quality, but I think they stopped supporting them. I have been using Cingular family Talk plan, and am very pleased. Just do not go over your minutes, they love to tag on alot of extra charges. If you go Cingular get the Nokia 3360 phone, it works the best. I know alot of people that have ATT, but I would be Roamig in my area. If you get unlimited long distance with no roaming charges. It would be OK, but costly. Again get the Nokia 3360 phone. Good Luck!!
