Hello everybody there!!!

wow its a great site i see 29k members , wonderfull.
well here is my problem, i really doesnt know much about the PBX system, and in my college we have some issues with out going calls and incoming calls as well , but finally i can make calls thats best part of it, only onething i would like to know or suggestions from anybody for i have 4 lines incoming i want to leave one line for incoming and rest of them will be out going lines, i thought i might need to reinstall the trunk or something else.

any kind of help will be appriciated

Create a new trunkgroup with only the incoming line. don't forget to delete that trunk from the orginal trunkgroup.
set de dailservice to outgoing only.

A similar way is to make 2 Trunk groups.
One for incoming trunks
Second for outgoing / Bi-directional
In all COS do not allow access to the incoming only TG.
You can set the TRUNK to be in or out only.

You can use 1 trunk group.
Need to use parameter I/C_ONLY - Y in incoming trunk.
