Hi,

Do you have any idea as to how I can set up the Flexicom system's hunt group to overflow to a iCMC mailbox and leave a message?

I tried creating a library the dials the iCMC's APDL number and sends the personal ID. This library is the overflow number in the hunt group. But when I tried calling, this setup is like a message retrieval rather than message leaving.

usually we set up 6+ the extension as the library

out trk= APDL

in the ICMC have extension remapping strip the 6 off of the library.

the ICMC sees the call needing to go into the mail box of your choice.

I don't get the extension remapping. Where do I strip the 6, in the library or in the iCMC?

Will these setup direct me to leave a message or access the mailbox for message retrieval?

In the e:\vmail directory you have cps.ini

You have to edit a section called

[ExtensionRemap]
6401=401

or if doing a range
6*=4*

Depends on what you are trying to do.

Than you have to goto the voicemail system cntrl-s F2 and activate new settings.
