need help with tnw messages

I am currently working a service problem on a pri and dropped calls. looking for information on the 58h message and the A1H message contained in the 3h and 4h messages. I have delt with Tadiran and also received the advance training and the network training from tadiran but have not been able to get this information on these messages. Anybody out therre able to read these messages?

Stupid question. Why would you look in the q9.31 msg if it's a service issue of dropped calls? Wouldn't it make sense to hook up a berd?

The D channell messages provide a lot more infromation about the call set up. The Co says we are not responding to the set up message so they have placed a berd like device at the csu since the Smart jack is in a location with out ac power. With that in mind I do not have a location to set up a berd to capture information on the calls.

What is the PRI provisioned for NI-2? I can remember having issues with this kind of stuff 10 years ago when you had to order custom. This might be something you capture and send to Tadiran tech support. I can't remember the last time I opened up TNW for msg on a PRI. My money is that they (the co) have something provisioned wrong.

It must be yo PBX. Right? LOL
