I am trying to use this pic as an avatar but it would not load? Is it me or is this feature turned off? Me in Mexico 2007

Check the size and type. There are limits (don't recall them off the top of my head) for avitar images.

The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 194.3 KB (whichever is smaller).
