Just had a thought that might weed out the bad from the good, if say you have a problem with your telephone system and posted as usual in the right forum, can I suggest that person would give you the info that it is required like system type, version number etc before he states the problem. I think we can then be more helpful as sometimes the problem is not with the telephone or voicemail but with the version of software installed on your system. Regards DanB | ||||||||

What I am trying to say is create a standard way of reporting a problem/issue with the system that they are working on. This makes it easier to identify and rectify quicker if where possible because you know the make, model and software version.
