Location: Red Oak, IA Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I am trying to enable a new area code with our ROLM 9751. When i do a LIST SEA ALL; I have LOCL., ITOL, IOWA, WATS, and TOLL I am not sure what to do next. Do I need to modify one of the services? or add a new one. How do I know which one to add the area code to? We usually call black box and they dial in and do this but I wanted to figure it out for future reference. thanks adam

Location: MIAMI, FLA Rep Power: 9 ![]() | List the Service Area for each of them, LI SER TOLL and so on. It looks like you may have State Wats and National Wats trunks, but I have no idea why. Once you print them out see if you can find another area code in the same state. I build may Search Seq like this LOCL, NATL, PRCA, the last being Puerto Rico and Canada. Once you do that you will have to take the Service List out of service to modify it, let me know when your ready to do that, I'll give you instructions __________________ OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTEL
