I am getting owned by a hicom/hipath 3700/3750. i am trying to get the night answer set up so that incoming callers to the main number will get the night aa and callers to a hotline with ivr get to night destination overseas. i set the main phone to night answer, call main number and get ring no answer, call the hotline and actually get to germany as desired. I have tried changing the target for the main did number and still have this issue. I feel like maybe i am missing something small to allow this to work both ways. it is also using an xpressions compact ivm. any help or suggestions are appreciated.
