Hipath 3750 Pin Lock

This one is baffling me. How do you reset the pin code to 00000 on an extension. I've looked at the station view properties/activated features and checked the reset pin lock code, but when I press the apply button, it unchecks itself. When I use the online port and use associated dial (*83, ext number, *66, pin code 00000) I get incorrect code. Am I doing something wrong, or have I missed something. I can un/lock the extension by doing *943 so I know that works ok. Help much appreciated.

I have an older office pro that sometimes people leave and have changed the password. I go to the first port (telephone) and go into system programming and then to stations and then reset pin. Not sure if steps are exact but i will look for the exact steps and post again.

Ah yeah thanks for that - I managed to do it through Manager E as it was one of our remote sites.
