In Sysadmin there's various reports that will tell you which mailboxes are retaining messages for X amount of days along with how much time those messages are using.
Do Reports. L then Msage. Then choose how many days old the messages are that should be in the report. It's surprising sometimes how many messages are saved that
are over 90 days old. The administrator can't delete the messages, but can request
that old messages be deleted. There's a system parameter called Disk Full Thres (%)
that is typically set to 90. That means if the disk is at 90% capacity subscribers will get a warning that disk capacity is full and to delete old messages. That value can
be set to a lower value to get the word out sooner automatically.
