Rolm Phonemail

I am running Phone mail release 6.4.3.2, and use MacEz to make changes to user profiles. I have just tried adding a new box for a new user but in the comm audit file phonemail says the extension is in use by another subscriber. When I log into PM and go into profiles neither the users name or extension return a valid box. Both return "cannot find this form". If I run a report on PM Names the box and a previous person's name shows up.

Sounds like I need to run some fixup utilities but I have not done this before. Can someone provide info on how to perform the needed tasks?

Does PM need to be deactivated while this is done? I am planning an outage for Thursday night just in case.

Yes, when you get into the SVI prompt just do a DO and perform FIXUP followed by FIXVOICE then UPP. Don't get worried if it takes awhile, depends how much needs to be fixed
