If number 0 is unasigned for any use then follow the steps

Step1 : Add 0 as co in wabe
ADD-WABE:CD=0,DAR=co;

Step2: take the complete ldpln
reg-ldpln;

step 3: note all the ldpln numbers that are in use
dis-ldpln;

step 4: delete all the ldpln numbers that have 9-x
del-ldpln:ldpln=xx;

step 5: taking command from reg-ldpln, change all the places where u find 9-x to 0-x and fire the command

ADD-LDPLN:9-X,0,1,,1,,,,N; change to ADD-LDPLN:0-X,0,1,,1,,,,N;

step 6: delete the old co code 9 from wabe
del-wabe:cd=9,dar=co;

revert back if u r facing any problems, revert back with the reg of ldpln/wabe and hipath version number. i will modify and send u the files.

Hi Raj,
Thanks so much for your reply. The code " 0 " is assigned for operator number. Could you tell me please how to delete it first.

Thanks
