ROLM Phonemail - purge command?

We've got a ROLM 9751 CBX with Phonemail system that we no longer are using. I'd like to donate the system to an organization here that refurbishes PBX equipment and installs it for charities and schools, but before I do the final disconnect and tear down I need to be absolutely sure there are no old voicemails in any of the mailboxes on the system (client confidentiality reasons).

Does anyone know of a command in the Phonemail admin software that will purge the entire voicemail system deleting all messages? A "reset" command that blanks everything (extensions, greetings, voicemails, etc.) would also work as we're not using this system any longer and I'm juts interested in wiping it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

rolm phonemail

I suggest logging into sysadmin and deleting all users. will take a little time. You can go into reports and get a list of mailboxes..
