Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Rolm Phonemail I need help with the Rolm 9751 and Phonemail system. Our system is managed through Procomm Terminal, and specificly, I would like to reset a password for our phonemail extension. Is there any tutorial out there that would enable me to navigate through Promcomm Terminal to do any configuration to the Rolm Phone mail system. Please advise. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country: | Hello PP, I am onsite. I went into the Phonemail System as suggested, and I was unable to obtain any voicemail extension list. The system informed me that the voicemail extension is not existed. However, I was able to retrieve a list of the regular phone extension without any problem. Additionally, I have cross-referenced the validity of the voicemail extension number to ensure that they are currently in use. Any suggestion or advise will be great. Thanks | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country: | Hi There PP, Thanks for all the help. I just found out that this particular extension is a call processing box, not a regular voicemail box. From the Phonemail system, I was able to login the call processing box submenu and reset the password. I guess this is a part of being a newbie with the company and the system. Again, thanks! I really enjoy being a member of the PBX forum. | ||||||||
