Wondering if anyone else has noticed an issue with voicemail messages being delivered hours or even a few days later. Time settings are correct and the users have created their own personal greeting (which is what the BlackBox tech said the problem would be). Since we are a health care organization, patient's messages can't be delivered late. Any ideas would be very helpful.

Since we are a health care organization, patientYes, I've had the problem as well. Two weeks ago BLS (TAC) put a patch on my system that fixed the problem.

Our patch was applied just last week and we notice it has made a huge difference. We were also having high CPU usage which was caused by the memory leak.
