Hi everyone, I have a Siemens Euroset Line 8 installed for a couple of years now. But know something happened and it only dials with puls.

Can anyone tell me how can I make a Hard Reset to defaults?

Well, I lost my Programming Manual, if anyone has it could you send me it (pdf, etc).

from extension 21 you dial 495 3758 99 3758, after this reset dial 65 and code of country (01...23)

Hi everyone,
I have tried to set my Euroset Line 8's out going line to tone dial. From the translated russian documentation posted here, I thought the command should be "19712 # / 4" but I dont know what the /4 means?
I dialed "19712#" on internal phone 11, but that doesnt work.
What am I doing wrong? Or what is the right sequence?
Also it says if only 1 outgoing line is used the other must be disabled, How do I do that?
Could somebody help me please.
