Example of SMDR Format for all models of Ericson PBX System

Dear All,
We are in the progress creating call accounting application for Siemens PBX System, what I want to ask is where can I find complete example of SMDR Format for all models of Siemens PBX system..

Hi Winan, this is an example of smdr information but i recommend you that first get the information about the pbx over you will develop the solution, cause there are parameters i.g account code or others that the client use and was configured.

Sorry, pls ignore my previous message, I had questions regarding to the format below:

1. For the 1st line, I did not find the "Duration" field (like the other line) .. how come?
2. what is the 3rd column? is it CO trunk?
3. what is the 5th column?
4. What is the last column?

I need advice, many thanks in advance

Hi winan on the Hicom 350H the SMDR can be configured to how you want it to report. I have attached an example as you can see it looks quite different to the one Alfredo has provided.

1 col. date
2 col. hour
3 col. trunk line
4 col. extension
5 col. time that extension rings
6 col. duration of the call
7 col. phone number
8 col. type of call incoming outgoing transfered......
