I know the latest Version is 7.1 and there is a Revision 8, but so what, the two PABXs I work on don't need to upgrade, the features that later revisions offer is not woth the cost of the upgrade.
I know the latest version of the Realitis software supports VoIP, etc, etc. As we also have a Hicom 350E that we can expand this is the more logical direction we are going in.

ICE74 asked has anybody worked on the Realitis he didn't state any versions.

sure, it doesn't need to upgrade your pbx if your needs does not involve slot expansion.
I also agree with you tha the upgrade cost is too high relatively your company's needs. but you cant avoid the upgrade when the siemens communication company upgrades their software products callscan,ringmaster...3 times a year.In this case you have to upgrade from cpu V.6 to V.8.

When you send worked on the ISDX you mean progamming them?

Our ISDX-L is already a four cabinet job, with plenty of spare slots. The fourth cabinet was basically put in for Optiset cards. And the ISDX-sn is at a remote building connected to our campus via a DPNSS link.
I am the Senior Communications Analyst for a large Hospital in Sydney (Australia).
I do all the programming that I am able to without having to resort to the Vendor support, which includes MACs, ACD, LCR, TOD, Hunt Groups, etc, etc.
I don't use callscan or ringmaster.... Can't say that I have actually heard of these products. I use Phonecontrol for collecting call data, Active Voice-Repartee for Voice mail and Procomm Plus as my programming interface.
