My company purchased this GUI software for our rolm called MAC-EZ plus. The company who sold it is out of business now and I just now got a chance to install it. Anyways, it's talking fine with the system. The program has a one time "Get Configuration" mode that grabs all the info from the switch and builds a db. This process halts with the error "the system x is in use." I'm thinking that I need to bring down the system so that no one can make calls. Similar to the phonemail function "deactivatepm". But I've never had to do this to the 9751 so I don't know what the function is. Can someone help me out?

..

Drop Light

NO SUCH COMMAND ON 9751, IT'S MUST LIKELY TELLING YOU THAT THE VOLUME IS MOUNTED. YOU WILL HAVE TO DEMOUNT THE VOLUME AND THEN RUN IT, AND REMOUNT THE VOLUME.

MAC-EZ is still being supported and sold through Impact Tech. If you need the web address go to google.com and search for MAC-EZ, or Traffic Analyst
