Setting ProcommPlus for Phonemail

I have inherited a Rolm 9200 CBX. I am trying to replace a dead phoneset with a replacement phoneset, but I want to keep the same extension. Its easy enough to change the name display, but obviously I am missing something on getting the phone to actually work. I select the station, slot, and port. What am I missing?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Andy
