The first thing you will have to do is assign your DNIT numbers and RCG this is done in expert Access. With the DNIT command.
"The administration and maintenance order DNIT makes it possible to add, change, display, delete and regenerate information for ACD Directory Number Information and General Digit Translation."

e.g
ADD-DNIT:DNI,4444,DRTD,0,"BARF SIMPSON",YES,400,32,0,0,*,FORB;

Where 4444 is your new ACD number and 400 is your RCG.

The easiest thing to do is regenerate you existing DNITs and copy and adjust as necessary.

REG-DNIT:TBL=DNI;

Next in ACD administrator you will need to create the following:

ACD numbers
Shift Sets
RCG - Route Control Group
ART - ACD Routing table
ACD Group

Then in ProCenter Manager:

Telephony Center - RCG
Administration Center -
Design Center - Routing Strategy flows, Queue Processing Flows.

ProCenter comes with some great help files built in.
