Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Request modify ACD routing. I am a new one in Hipath4000 and procenter. Now I have assigned to do one task. Our company has one ACD number, the call flow is that during office hour the callers will be transfered to operator hunting group and after office hour will be heard the announcement. Now I have to transfer that ACD number to Procenter routing. So Please tell me how to check the old configuration and how to modify it. Thanks | ||||||||
