rolm 8000 limiting an extension

I have seen there is an option so an extension can only do local calls.
Is there a way to limit an extension to just three digits there by limiting it to only being able to call within the switch and not outside of the switch?

Yes, done with COS. We use to set up COS 0 as in house only

STGA COSx tkgrp# 0 (no access to tkgrp #)
Then set COSx to phone.

I use the following:
0- inhouse only (NO trkgrp access at all; note 911 WILL go out; fed law)
1-
2- dial local only (NO long distance)
3-
4- DID inbound
5-
6-
7- Phonemail extns only
8- ROLMNet (if used) access only (COS 8 to dial 8 )
9- ROLMnet and local calls (if no ROLMnet, can be used for local only)
10- Normal user; long distance and ROLMNet
11- ACD user
12- ACD Supv
13- spare
14- Executive (for possible personal trunk access)
15- telecom and ATC only (FULL access including Direct Trunk Select, etc)

8000/9000/9751/9006/9200/Phonemail certified
