Intergration with Hipath 3550 and 3750

Hi All,

I am currently investigating an option to change an extension's class of service should they exceed a budget parameter. I believe there exists the option to intergrate via a seperate v24 port or via the pbx's lantic (ip) port. If this is the case what protocol is used to issue commands to the pabx or is it better to intergrate with the comwin application.
Any documentation would be most welcome.

comwin only works with the hipath 4000. to talk to the 3000 series you need Manager C or E.

Sorry but I don't think I ever saw that anywhere on the system, you can bar with COS and the system pushes out raw data ie time spent on phone , date and time of call etc.

Where did you hear of such thing?

Regards
